If you submit a request through an advertising form, email link, or direct reply, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, file type, use case, and the message you choose to send.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, qualify whether BlackBox Extractor fits your legacy-code or legacy-logic problem, provide product access, discuss export or review options, and improve the product and campaign.

What not to send

Do not send production credentials, passwords, API keys, customer data, regulated personal data, production system access, or sensitive files. Use sanitized samples, redacted snippets, screenshots, or representative examples only.

Sharing

We do not sell lead information. We may use service providers such as advertising, email, hosting, and payment platforms to process requests and operate the product path.

Retention

We keep request information only as long as needed to respond, operate the sales process, maintain receipts, and improve the product unless a longer period is required by law or a customer agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete request information where legally and operationally possible.
