Terms of Service

ArkheOS Operator is a bounded execution product. It does not guarantee business outcomes, uninterrupted monitoring, legal representation, financial action, or professional advice.

Users authorize ArkheOS to act only within the connected accounts, capabilities, and approval policies they explicitly configure. ArkheOS may stop, draft, or escalate instead of executing when uncertainty or approval requirements are present.

ArkheOS is sold as an account-bound operator subscription, with optional Guided Setup. These draft terms must still be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
